NEW YORK & SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2003--Announced on June 20, 2003, Celartem Technology USA has completed its acquisition of LizardTech, Inc., a leading developer of digital imaging software. "We can now focus on integrating LizardTech businesses within the Celartem family of companies," said Osamu Ikeda, president and CEO of Celartem USA.
