PlanetDjVu is a commercial website devoted to global,
enterprise-level, commercial and academic use of the DjVu file format. We have enabling software tools which we are presenting and selling. We have also opened the PlanetDjVu Forum for DjVu users and developers to share information related to the commercial use of DjVu. The mission of this site is to be the primary third-party, commercial portal of the emerging DjVu user community (using PlanetPDF as an example, which now is the primary portal for PDF products).
PlanetDjVu is founded by James Rile Associates, a digital publishing consultancy and software development house with many years of experience in document imaging systems design and digital publishing strategies using the Acrobat PDF format.
Now this imaging and PDF expertise is carried forward to DjVu and to the Planet DjVu Portal. The Planet DjVu Portal is owned and operated by James Rile Associates (JRA Software), James Rile, Proprietor.
