The LizardTech Cartridge Manager is installed to your hard drive to manange the page counting for both the DjVu Command Line Encoder and the PDF2DjVu command line tool. In this edition it is not counting pages, but just securing your unlimited page license.

This license is best suited to those who are building custom workflows, particularly on Solaris and Linux platforms, and who need a command line application for scripting, as opposed to a Windows application like JRAPublish that provides most of the same features in a graphical interface.
